Who this is for
Your operation runs on one important spreadsheet, or several that never quite agree. Updates arrive over WhatsApp and email. Two people edit the same file and one of them loses. Assembling a report for management means an afternoon of copy-paste. Everyone knows it is fragile; nobody has time to fix it.
If that sounds familiar, this offer was designed for you. It is the single most common problem we see, and it is why we made fixing it a fixed-scope package instead of an open-ended project.
What you get
- A purpose-built web application shaped around your actual workflow, not a generic template. Works on desktop and phone.
- Your existing data migrated in. The Excel history comes along; you do not start from zero.
- User accounts and roles. Everyone sees what they should, edits what they may, and every change is recorded.
- The reports you assemble by hand today, generated automatically. Filtered, current, and exportable.
- Notifications where they matter. When something needs someone's attention, they hear about it without being chased.
- Documentation and a proper handover. You own the system and the code. No lock-in, no ransom.
How the 4 to 6 weeks go
Week 1 · Understand
We sit with the people who actually use the spreadsheet and map how the work really flows, including the exceptions nobody wrote down.
Weeks 2-4 · Build
We build in the open. You see working software every week and correct our course while corrections are cheap.
Weeks 5-6 · Migrate and go live
Your data comes in, your team is trained, and the spreadsheet is retired. We stay close through the first weeks of real use.
What it costs
Most projects in this shape land between ₹3 and 6 lakh, depending on how many workflows the system covers and how messy the existing data is. After the discovery call and scoping, you get one fixed price in writing. If the scope grows mid-project, we tell you before it costs you anything, not after.
What this is not
Honest boundaries, so nobody is surprised later:
- Not an ERP replacement. If you need accounting, inventory, and HR in one system, we will say so on the first call and point you at better options.
- Not a mobile app store release. It is a web application that works well on phones; native iOS/Android builds are a separate conversation.
- Not open-ended. The fixed price covers the agreed scope. New ideas that come up mid-build go on a list for phase two, deliberately.
Proof it works
We built DefectLog, a defect-management platform for LNG carrier operations, to replace exactly this pattern: defect records living in Excel sheets and WhatsApp threads across a fleet. Crew log defects by voice, superintendents approve them, and the office sees every vessel in one dashboard. Ask us for a live walkthrough on the discovery call.
