Case studies

Work that changed how a business runs.

Five engagements, five different sectors, one pattern: understand the operation first, then build the smallest thing that fixes it.

Marine engineering

DefectLog

The problem

A marine engineering team tracked equipment defects across Excel sheets and WhatsApp threads. Nobody had the full picture, and assembling a status report meant hours of chasing messages and reconciling spreadsheets.

What we built

A single dashboard where the whole team logs, tracks, and closes defects. One source of truth, with reporting built in rather than bolted on.

Reports that took hours to assemble now download in minutes.
Real estate · United Kingdom

Legacy site migration

The problem

An ageing .NET website that had become expensive to change and impossible to update without a specialist. The business needed a modern platform its own team could run.

What we built

A full migration to WordPress with CRM integration, content and SEO carried over intact, planned so the business kept running throughout.

Live within a month.
Public safety · Ladakh Police

Juley

The problem

Tourists stranded in remote Ladakh had no reliable way to find help — and no network coverage to search for it.

What we built

A tourist-safety app for the Ladakh Police with offline maps and a full directory of services for stranded travellers, built to work where the network doesn't.

Built for places where the network isn't.
Marketing

Agency scraper & app

The problem

A marketing agency needed data its team was collecting by hand, client by client, week after week.

What we built

A custom scraper and application shaped around the agency's own workflow — reliable enough that they turned it into a product.

Now a product they resell to their own clients.
Real estate

Listing platform

The problem

A real estate firm needed a listing platform, but had no technical staff to run one. Whatever we built had to be operable by whoever was in the office.

What we built

A property listing platform with a custom admin panel designed for non-technical users — plain labels, obvious actions, nothing to break.

Simple enough for an intern to run. That was the brief.

Tell us how the business runs. We'll tell you what we'd fix.

One discovery call: where you are, where you're headed, what's in the way, and how you're coping today. If we're not the right fit, you'll leave the call knowing that too.
